I have to deal with these guys relatively often. Everyone at the front is happy to help you, but actual service and parts is not fun to deal with.

Taking my personal car for a recall service was a rather experience. The waiver you sign says they can steal anything and not be accountable. The tech who drove my car into the bay, knowing it was a manual transmission, stalled my car and the bay smelled like clutch well after I left.

Parts doesn't like doing returns and will (seemingly on purpose) forget to apply the 15% discount on parts for cars older than 2 years.

These guys are trained to say they can't do what you want unless you pay more. Do not give in, it's just a forced upsell.
