Horrible management and horribly organized. Temps are not trained properly as there's no established training method. Their trainer is unenthusiastic and explicitly hates doing it. Temps are blamed, and new temps are constantly hired and laid-off on a whim.

They're constantly backed up and are behind on a lot of work. They clearly need help but don't want to accept help.
