They are the worse! Everytime I call I get a different answer nobody knows how to explain the claims, I've been in customer service for years and I realize when someone is trying to rush me off the phone. Now the latest lie they've told me is that they are making " updates to their system"and will pay my claims when they get to it. Ive been waiting since Feb. I called yesterday after work on my way home which is the only time I have and I was placed on hold for twenty min just for an automated machine to come up and say they are having technical difficulties and hung up on me. My next step is Help me Howard and reporting them to the better business bureau, I will not be ignored!
