Worst meal i have had in a fine dining restaurant in Louisville in 13 years. Brought 7 clients for dinner. I had the pork chop this time and it was bone dry. By time server came to check on meal everyone was about done. When i told her about the issue she brushed it off and asked if we wanted another bottle of wine. Will go to Jeff Ruby's next time.
