I was driving in Anacortes today at about 3:30 pm....

I was driving in Anacortes today at about 3:30 pm. I was sitting in the middle lane waiting to make a left turn onto a side street. A driver from this company was traveling the opposite direction and apparently decided he wanted to be in the median before his turning lane began in one block. He acted as if he was going to hit me head on, honked for over 10 seconds and made rude gestures. I am 100% positive he was is in the wrong, but even if he wasn't his aggressive and unsafe driving was enough for me to not use this company again or recommend it.
