Staff is hit or miss here. Receptionists have very personable phone demeanours but seem totally disorganized and unprepared to answer any detailed questions you may have. Staff will leave voicemails for you but will always be "on the phone" when you call back, even immediately, which may be the difference between securing an interview. The agent I did my pre-screening interview with was great, but I've received vague and muffled sounding voicemails from other agents who can be heard typing, shuffling papers or some other task that conveys a lack of attention. Some of the job requirements to compensation ratio are absurd (ex: Must have advanced security clearance, 5 years industry experience, familiarity with proprietary software ... 3 week contract for minimum wage) Also, why they feel the need to pitch and re-pitch "What Excel can do for you" in conversations with applicants is beyond me and comes across like they aren't completely legit--I applied with you guys, after all.

Definitely seems like type of place where the managers and directors keep piling more and more work onto their subordinates so their metrics keep going up, up, up! The result isn't always "the right person for the right job" but more "any warm body will do" as long as 500 positions get filled by end of week.
