I have work with assured for over 3 years and he allways seems to be nice polite people on the phone and all the issue's is down to this simon Mcgally sorry but when he put claims on people and then reports them a month down the line thats not good for the assured group company and as for cleaning 2 full vsa log sheets as we supposed to do and when it comes to cleaning the cars waiting on them to order the produce waiting weeks to go out for the costmers it is down to the branch to give us all enuff time to clean the cars because iv seen some off the customer that dnt take any care off the cars with some off the cars that has came back to enterprise its disscusting and then we get penalised for it its a joke
