From my support experiences, I think of NewMind Group as we think of our iPhones or a microwave oven: How in the world did we ever get along without them? My latest problem with opening MS Word and it causing the the cursor to immediately become a perpetual spinning beach ball but, yet allow me to continue using all my other software tools, including all the other MS Office applications was the weirdest computer problem I had ever experienced. I started chatting with James Kane on the NewMInd website and James began troubleshooting the problem with determined persistence. I was really impressed that he got Microsoft tech support involved in trying to resolve the issue. At all times, James kept me informed about what he was doing and what next steps would be taken. I told him James that as a remote user, I feel that Newhall Klein contracting with NewMind Group was the best thing they ever did. I'm running out of superlatives to describe the level of support and satisfaction I have with NewMind. I guess I will just say:

NewMind Group Best. Customer. Service. Forevermore!
