Called number as advertised for affordable care plan. First rep took all of my information then transferred me to a rep. The rep said it was the wrong Dept & transferred me again. I held for a long time, no one picked up the line and the next thing I knew the survey was on the line. I called back, my info was given again then I was transferred to another rep in the same dept I was transferred to before. He said he couldn't transfer me and their plans were what they are $700+ for a gold plan! I said I explained three times that I was calling regarding the affordable care act plan that was advertised. He was rude and not helpful at all. He did not transfer me as the other rep did. He told me to call the marketplace myself. What was the advertisement about???? A waste of my time!!!
