We have had the pleasure to have SKY Properties managing our building for a few years now.

First, a few well deserved shout outs:
Kari, the founder and CEO of SKY Properties, is an encyclopedia of property management knowledge and has always been available to answer any difficult questions. We are beyond grateful to have Carmen as our very skilled property supervisor for the building. Daniel, the onsite manager, is kind and efficient. We adore and acknowledge Jose s maintenance abilities and expertise. Guillermo and Ryan have been extremely competent and professional throughout all plumbing issues.

All of SKY s staff jobs are very high stress due to dealing with hundreds of tenant personalities and issues. They continue to remain calm and have a smile while trying to complete any job thrown at them. There are many challenges with managing an apartment building and the owners are thankful to have SKY managing it for them.

COVID-19 has affected all of us and has created additional laws and issues that are difficult to handle. The owners have faith in SKY s competence around this and are pleased to know that they are helping keep tenants safe and staying on top of of it all.
