Alex was fantastic. He was very professional, thorough, and solved our problem.

However, the pricing is outrageous. In addition to another charge, we were charged $189 to put a small piece of foam around a pipe, which took less than 10 minutes. I will be looking elsewhere for future plumbing needs.

Update: I was told I would be receiving a partial refund as part of their membership program within about 3 business days. It has now been almost 2 weeks, and still no refund. I called 2 days ago and was told I would be contacted by someone, which never happened. Terrible company!

Second Update: Alex was extremely helpful in resolving the billing issues. 5 stars for Alex! Customer service and billing/accounting -- 1 star.
