Absolutely the worst hotel in Princeton area, the hotel customer service and policy is not what I expected from this establishment. I tried to cancel my room on the day that I was supposed to stay and someone told me that my room will be canceled. I was then charged the full amount plus tax and could not be refunded. I called to have the charge reimbursed, one of the staff member Kyle who said if I know who I talked with I can talk to them see what happen . When do we all of a suddenly just charge someone's card for the full amount without haven even stayed. I heard of hotels charging a fee, I did not know that a hotel can charge you the full amount.
