I have been attending Aikido classes at Aikido Of Livermore Valley for several months now, and I am extremely satisfied with my experience. The instructors are highly skilled and always eager to help students improve. The training sessions are challenging and rigorous, but it is all worth it. I have noticed a significant improvement in my strength and flexibility. I highly recommend Aikido Of Livermore Valley!
