Oak Court Apartments, Republic Mo. We've lived here 4 years. We originally moved into a 2nd floor unit, and asked for a ground floor unit when available, and moved to ground floor when our first year lease was up. No hassle no problems. When we originally moved in, we had 2 cats, but one became ill and had to be euthanized within the 2nd month we lived here. Wooten Co. graciously refunded half of our pet deposit, no questions, no hassles. The few maintenance issues we've had, have all been addressed qui ckly and accurately. Quiet tenants for the most part, as well as no highway noises, with the exception of rail road which is about a mile North and not really noticeable unless windows are open.
