They were backed up because it was a Sunday after a holiday so I was worked in to a wonderful place for emergency animal care. The staff is great told me everything up front and called me with pricing as well to make sure that I was not only ok with the care but the price as well. I hope I never have to again but will definitely bring my pet back if needed.
