Yes the costs are exorbitant, but I firmly believe that I received a service that was worth it!
I had to have my cat urgently operated on, weekend, night, 3 days of observations, total of $ 6,000.
But the service was great, so was the follow-up. I have received many calls for news, and each time I called to have them they took all the time necessary to reassure me. I was explained each procedure and its necessity, and I felt understood, supported, throughout this adventure.
