- Hap, this guy is an absolute legend and I wish all our dealings with this company were solely with him. His attitude and ability to get things done quickly was amazing and his knowledge was fantastic. If it were based on him alone, 5 stars. This company owes him alot - thank you hap for what you did for us.

- Now that the roof is finished, the result is great. To be fair the team did do a lovely job at a time of year that I know is very busy.

However.. there were cons.

CON's.
- unfortunately as others have mentioned our dealings with 'steve' were less than ideal. He was rude, dishonest and dismissive. Steve, maybe take a few notes from Hap about customer service. It will get your business further.

- Just a month prior to having our roof re done we paid alot of money for new gutters. However, the boys placed their ladders up against our gutter and scratched them up quite badly. When this was brought up with steve, he put down his staff and told us 'it's the nature of what we do'. He proceeded to say that it was not the ladders, but instead the hoses. Which was absolutly false. The next day, the young lads using ladders all had a barrier between the gutter and ladder and what do you know, no more scratched off paint. Credit were it's due, they did later rectify this with patch up job. We appreciated this. In future tho, own the mistake rather than lie your way around it.

Overall, the team did a good job. Hence the 4 stars. If you can get away with not communicating with steve then your set to have a good experience.
