Carl I hope you don't mind me using your review. You sure hit in on the head. So far, not too good. I'm getting their on-hold message and it's repeating CONSTANTLY...no break just the voice in my ear over and over and over. Please set up a professional on hold message that gives music or something other than a constant repetition of the same message.
How irritating but I sure know how important my message is to them, to them, to them, to them.......
