My review of one star should be another example why you should consider another lender! The customer service is rude and drags you along until the last minute to say you're not approved. I have great credit and this would be my second house that I would be buying. The incentives that is offered with my builder was really appealing, but not worth the awful service. I went all the way through the process, verified my income to have them tell me my money is not good enough, even though I have the bank statement to prove it.
