Frustrated with this 5-star hotel when you call ...

Frustrated with this 5-star hotel when you call three different times to three different people including an accounting manager and it takes them almost two weeks to call you back. That is not 5 star service. What they consider 5 stars is the $91 half bottle of champagne in the mini fridge. Yes the hotel is nice. Bellmen were nice. Back office needs a lot of work.
