A simply tremendous experience. I was not at home on the day of delivery (they made 2 attempts the same day), they placed the package in their branch at my office at 9:00 am - 6:00 pm. Same time marked on their site. I show up at 1:10 pm and they tell me they are CLOSED until 2.30pm. In addition to my protests, of which they were cheated (and in my same condition there were 2 other people) I had to wait almost an hour and a half in a squalid industrial area outside the ring road (take the highway to get there ). In the end it took me just 3 hours to get a package.
