I almost had a very good experience. Gail was pleasant to work with. I went in person to give my cc info. First time i went, the office during office hours was closed for two hours. SO i returned the second time, fine.
During that second time, I ended up making a reservation. They were flexible with the move in date, and was told I would have access pretty much any time any day. They took my driver's license to take down my info. I offered my cc and they said just bring it on the day i'm moving in. I called a few times to confirm my size / storage space, and they said everything was fine. No where during this several conversation that I could not move in on a sunday if they didn't have my cc info. I mean, I went in as a person, why didn't they take the cc then???? I was supposed to move in on a Friday, but the movers were delayed and they were here Sunday. I figured the corporate office can take cc info on sunday if not the local location. Well, Nope. My movers were coming in an hr and I was SCREWED because the corporate office while open, coudlnt take my cc info to let me in, and could not reach the local manager gail to let me in. So, I had a nice reservation all set up for a state-wide move for a few weeks. And now I had ONE HOUR to find something. I was in short, f-cked due to poor communication. Very poor experience. I ended up finding another space but it was more expensive and of course the location was poor, and the storage locker was so far from the parking lot that it added hours to my move. It could have been SO GOOD if they just took my cc on the day I went in person as recommended initially.

-- They called the Monday following (Today) -- to piss me off further saying "we always close on sundays a long as the office has been open." how is that helpful to me now? Further, this is not my business, I dont' know what your policies are until you TELL ME CLEARLY. If I had known you guys were not taking cc info on sundays, then you guys should have taken the cc info when offered esp knowing my move date was TENTATIVE and a moving target. All I was told was that I will have access all 7 days and most of the day. One piece of info that was CRUCIAL was not communicated well (again despite multiple confirmation via phone calls and emails for the storage size with tentative date), and it ruined the experience, adding extreme anxiety, and costing more money and time.
