Recently drove to Optimum RV from south eastern NC...

Recently drove to Optimum RV from south eastern NC to purchase a truck bed camper that I found on line. Prior to, I called and was put into contact with Joe, who is retired military, an all around great guy and no pressure sales man who treated me like family. We worked out a deal over the phone with a good trade price for my camper and the purchase of the one I wanted. All mounting brackets were pre ordered for my truck and on site when I got there waiting for installation. Upon arrival Joe met me with a hand shake and lunch, then we looked at the camper I had originally wanted. Keep in mind I'm going from a 28' toy hauler to a truck bed camper. I quickly changed my mind to a different truck bed camper because it was a bit bigger than the original one I was looking at. Now the big question, does it fit in my truck? Joe called over Gary who is a top notch technician and true professional in his field, he assured me after some research and simple modification to my truck that it would safely work. So... I bought the bigger of the two they had a made it 9hrs back to NC with absolutely no issues with how my truck handled. Over all I had a great experience with Optimum RV, from the sales manager, financing manager and hats off to Joe and Gary. Gary deserves a raise and Joe should have a paid day off to play golf. I won't buy another camper anywhere elce, this is my 4th camper purchase and by far the best experience. Not to mention I got a small much needed vacation in Ocala where there are beautiful state parks and clear water springs. Thanks everyone for making my camper buying experience a pleasurable one.

PS you can't make everyone happy but they definitely try at Optimum RV.
