They promised a refund if they couldn't deliver the services they promised. They didn't deliver and they didn't refund. They kept telling me everything was alright and was going well. It was not easy to get ahold of them on a regular basis, it wasn't impossible but they'd send you an email and said they contacted you. Kind of difficult to look up when you're working. And then they blamed me for it not going through when they waited till the last minute on the last day to email me to tell me to file bankruptcy.

Something I've never done before and they didn't give me any advice on what to do in that process. The bankruptcy was denied and of course it was my fault so they justified not having to refund my money. If they would have prepped me a few days before like say "get ahold of a bankruptcy attorney" instead of just telling me everything was okay up to the very last day, we probably could have made it work.
Instead I was left holding the bag paying $1,200 for a bankruptcy that never went through on top of the $2,000 they charged me to lose my home while telling me it was my fault for not knowing how to file for bankruptcy thereby justifying not having to refund my money like they promised.

I was not impressed with the level of service they provided. They basically charged me $2,000 to build a bathroom in my home and never completed the job because they told me to go get $1,200 worth of materials then called me an idiot for not know the specific brand they used.

And of course they asked me to take down the negative review because they worked so hard while reminding what an idiot I was for not knowing the proper procedure for filing bankruptcy 15 minutes before the bankruptcy court closed.
