I just met the demon of all property managers. And a horrible co-worker at Remax Alamogordo-
Tina (no one seems to know her last name) but she was on vacation when I first went into the Alamogorado Office. Alyssa tried to help but had no control of her duties. "Have to wait until TINA gets back. When Tina got back, it was hard to tell. You could not reach her on the phone, always Alyssa would say. I'll let her know. Finally I went in to give her checks of proof of income and requested her to make a copy as these were real payroll checks . Her statement was , YOU WANT ME TO MAKE COPIES?
I REPLIED YES PLEASE, OR I CAN. YOUR COPIER IS RIGHT THERE. She Got up reluctantly did so..I have heard from other employees at this office she is rude, to everyone of them and they are miserable working there. She is a bully and why she goes to work I could not see why. She hates the customers, the employees and every one ..Someone in upper management is making a huge mistake in keeping her. I have requested from her all of my information I gave her with any bank information, drivers licenses, social Security, address or phone number , email address. Copies of checks, bank statements. ASAP. I STARTED WORKING WITH ANOTHER REALTOR IN ALAMOGORADO NM AND FOUND A HOUSE IN TWO DAYS.
Life is short and we should never have to put up with people like Tina. I would advise you to find any other company in this town besides her.
I have never met anyone so rude. Neither have I treated another person like this. I have 50 years of experience. The success of your business or just doing your job is how you treat others. Poor Tina has a lot to learn. And she will no doubt..
