We purchased a new fifth wheel at the Tampa RV Show from Layz Days in late January of this year. Our saleman was Jonathan Diozzi and after much discussion we settled on the price of our 2018 Montana Legacy 3811ms. Jonathan was professional and represented Lazy Days well. We also had the pleasure of meeting his family.
The day we arrived to pick up our new Montana everything was organized and worked smoothly. Their Busniss Manager Joe Mirra was professional and very well prepared which made the hardest part, pleasurable. Kathy (unk last name)was assigned to give us a your of our coach and explain how things functioned. She was friendly and well versed in how everything worked. Our Delivey Adviser was Andy Woods who was there to make sure the delivery went smooth. Andy assisted us in getting everything fixed or repaired that was not right. In Andy's absence we grabbed Brent Wiggers another Business Advisor who was able to get the last item repaired or replaced in a few hours. He even went so far to install our missing shade himself and had us on the road around 1:30pm. Thanks again Brent. We had various people working on our unit and a special thanks go out to all of them. Aaron Garcia from the cabinet shop was one of the technicians who worked on the interior. Arron did an outstanding job on the moldings and a few other issues. He was friendly, professional and worked dilligently to make everything perfect for us. He also represented Lazy Days well. The girls in service were also an asset to us.
I know this is a bit long but I believe you thank the people that did a great job and went out of their way for you.
I did notice that after you are gone from there it is difficult to get calls returned. We are waiting 5 days to see if something was shipped.
I would definitely purchase from Lazy Days again.
