When it comes to the instructors, I can truly say that all of them bring something special to the fitness studio. I have to mention that Jaime is a genius when it comes to being a superstar instructor. I drove over 1 hour to attend her class and I would do it everyday if I could!! Jaime understands how to build her audience up and make everyone feel welcome and of course, the best sweat session possible Best spin class and instructor in the bay area.
