This is the greatest jam I have ever tasted! The raspberry and vanilla is so good I could eat toast and jam every day. I have taken to using it in my cakes - it makes an awesome filling for a raspberry and white chocolate cake. On the back of this jam I placed an order to include about half of the jam range as well as fudge, peanut brittle and the toffee sauce. What can I tell you..
Well, a a well educated food lover there is NOTHING but perfection in everything these people make. Bold statement? perhaps, but I have been celebrated as a master cook, chef, baker by friends, family and customer on the belief that I have homemade these treats - however as an honest person with a will to give props to those actually deserving of praise, I will always say that the jams, condiments, sweets and sauces are not my own.
