I did not like this shop. The actual installment and financing options were cool, but that was the only pleasant part of this experience (which need to say the financing isn't threw them). They were very unprofessional when it came to handling their work, we picked out a starter to install, they told us to go with another one, ONLY to find out that the original one we picked works with our year car. It took them 60 days to reinstall the correct product and we had 90 days to pay off?!! Then they would wait 1 hour before US calling them, to tell us our car had been ready hours ago and they were not able to get a hold of us.

The products were good, but the experience of the staff has been a nightmare. It makes me disappointed because we actually would like more things done to our vehicles, but knowing how they don't function makes me not want to bring back any business.
