AVOID. me and my boyfriend have just come back from Paris for my 21st birthday. On the evening oh my birthday we wanted it to be special so booked the 8.30 dinner cruise. We were treated like second class when we were on the boat - we were seated in a lovely window seat as per my 370 paid for this then a waitress came over and told us we had to move "there's been a mistake with the seating" -to be perfectly honest that's not my problem and I actually saw the gentlemen tick off table 500 and it was the seats we were originally sat at. I made her aware I was not happy at the time, she moved us to another window seat but it had and obstructed view so we could barely see anything. My boyfriend had to ask for a glass of champagne 3 times, 30mins before it actually got served to us. The main course was delicious there is no doubting the food was fabulous and as expected. Unfortunately my boyfriend was unable to eat his desert as when we were moved tables the new table was missing cuttelery. He pointed this out as and when we were moved there and was told by the waiter it would be sorted then when desert came 2 hours later - there was still no cutlery, my boyfriend asked again for cutlery the waiter then carried on walking past approx 6 times and still didn't deliver the request. All in all I would say the experience wasn't cheap and for the price I paid I would expect a much better service. I think the boat tour is a fabulous idea and beautiful way to see Paris but I would not advise going on the dinner cruise. If we didn't have to pay upfront before even getting on the boat I would of left as soon as she had moved us as it just set the tone for the night and showed me the way we were going to be treated. I was correct.
