Staff were super friendly and always greeted with a smile and Bula. Thanks to Sharika from guest relations for a smooth check in and out.Ravlin from Salt bar was great.we had my daughters birthday party there and the staff from salt went out of their way to make sure we were well taken care of. Thank you everyone for a great night we had .Muni(head pastry chef) is super creative and very talented.Special thanks to im for making my daughter a pineapple shaped cake that she wanted. He did a wonderful job on the cake.So spa was amazing. We were in love with their spa . Ended up there twice .it was relaxing and staff there were great. We were greeted by Sonia who was very accommodating with the day and time we wanted.Monika and her partner were our therapists both times and were great making sure we are comfortable at all times.
Overall good experience.. just the rooms seriously need renovation to be rated at 5*. Bathrooms look gross .
We will be back !
