Was woken every morning by the service staff, talking near our room and the service trolley was extremely noisy. And we were staying the more expensive part of the hotel, in the Beach Club rooms.
My daughter was at the other end of the hotel, as she had two children, right near the laundry and maintenance sheds and one night the workman were welding and hammering till 2am. She ended up ringing and complaining to be told, oh yes other guests have also complained. It is a holiday, no one wants to be woken up unexpectedly.
The rooms need upgrading, especially the bathrooms, dirty and old. - For what we paid, expected more.

Gym too small for the size of the hotel.

Food and drink was very expensive as well.

No information material in the rooms about the hotel and its facilities.
