The delivery was timely and the delivery guys were very polite; however, they ended up scratching my brand new floors pretty badly. When I sent a complaint to Schlep, they never responded for a month. When they finally did, they told me that my complaint was closed. I forwarded them pictures and they were kind enough to reopen my case. After a ton of back and forth, and Schlep asking to see multiple pictures from multiple angles, they told me that there was nothing they could do for me and that I couldn't show that the scratches (which they admitted were really deep) were caused by Schlep. Now my brand new floors are scratched and Schlep charged me $110 for a delivery of a buffet less than 4 miles away. NOT worth it!

UPDATE: Schlep's response again fails to acknowledge what happened. I had absolutely no problem with the delivery guys. They were extremely polite and courteous and we even had great conversation in the 5 minutes they were at my place. I'm not sure what other facts Schlep operations needed. Simply put, before the Schlep delivery arrived, I didn't have a scratch on my floors. That evening, I noticed a scratch. And it was in the exact spot where the team slid over the buffet. Not sure what else these guys needed. Schlep said it didn't match their photo, but yeah, their photo was taken BEFORE the buffet was slid over.

I appreciate Schlep's gesture for the discount (and I won't be using it) but more than anything, I just wanted my floors fixed. Never had this much of an issue with a delivery group over a scratch. Any other company would've been a 100x more courteous in dealing with a customer issue. Their customer service is abysmal.
