It s been 4 months since my claim was first requested. I have nothing generic responses even to this day saying that your claim will take 30-60 days to review . They do not respond to emails which is difficult when you are traveling to make a call. Violeta was the person who sold me the policy and I even tried reaching out to her. I Am so frustrated and angry that I trusted this company. DO NOT use them!!
