Steve was knowledgeable, helpful, easy to work with, and did the quality of work I expect from a professional tradesman (plumber). Scheduled to arrive sometime in the afternoon, and take the better part of 4 hours to complete the Job. Steve arrived at 10:45 and we had hot water by 12:45. In some part due to Steve rearranging his daily work to make sure his customer without hot water could return to civilization as early as possible in the day... Thanks Steve.
