When I say this is the ABSOLUTE worst place I have ever been to, I would be giving this a praise. The worst service, the worst time management and the worst experience I have ever had. I have lived in 4 states and had wonderful Honda experiences. I will never go back, I should have read the reviews before going. Save yourself the time and energy and just don't go. After I told my coworkers about dropping off my car here, they immediately told me "oh no. I'm so sorry." Well if that doesn't say something, I don't know what. Not to mention the guy who we worked with essentially called me a liar stating I never made an appointment. I'm not sure if he is aware of this... But there is such a thing as a paper trail. I have the email that shows when I made the appointment three days prior..... this experience was the WORST. The only good part was getting to talk with Ron, the shuttle driver. He is a great guy and the only saving grace to this story.
