These Hotel and Restaurant Management upperclassmen do a very attentive job throughout the meal.Supervision by experienced restaurant professionals also helps a lot.

Vita Nova even has an early evening wine / small plate option in the beautiful bar area.

Some patrons claim it is a bit pricey, but it is a first-class dining experience for lunch and for dinner, with very good wines also served. Certainly worth a try...and a return visit or two.
