We replaced roofs on a 26 unit town home project at an elevation of 8,200 feet with over 300" of snow a year. McNeil designed the roof replacement, represented us in the bidding/contracting process, negotiated with contractors, and supervised the removal and replacement of the roofs. Throughout the entire process McNeil was professional and responsive and looked after our interests at all times. We will use McNeil again when we have architectural/engineering needs.
