I really want to have a local motorcycle dealership and I can support and respect. One day maybe Mcdonough will. I just called the dealership to ask a simple question, three times parts department would not pick the phone up and it routed me back to Amanda. The bright spot is that Amanda answers the phone. No one else does. Two years ago I had cash to buy a Honda CR 250 L and went into this dealership twice to buy one, and both times I waited to see if anyone would come and ask if I needed help. Both times not a single person asked me if I needed anything. So I spent 6000 dollars for a new Honda at another dealer.
