I recently bought a 10kw. I was asked to send photos of the roof and my electricity box panel. I asked if photos i sent were ok. I was told great. Captain green then installed my system with as minimum of fuss. My concerns are. After installation i was informed that my electricity box panel needed to be updated so the new solar meter would fit. Not ever having solar before, i had no idea.I would have thought captain green would have informed me of this after looking over the photos I sent them & prior to installation. My system cost $7500 and now im up for $1700 to $2000 more to get the already installed system up and running. Don't get me wrong. Captain green products are ok. Im just a bit upset the way it was all handled the way they took my money knowing i was up for a further lump sum.Captain green could only say sorry and offered a possibility of giving a $100 gift card.
