I heard about the fantastic array of selections as we are looking to furnish our new home. After reading all of the negative reviews, I am now hesitant to drive the more than 3 hours each way, only to be disappointed by rude or non-existent customer service. There are many, many reviews describing shabby delivery, non-responsive customer service, etc.
All of the responses to these reviews are standard "sorry. we've notified customer service of your issue. And their effort stops there. No further help to the customer!" Pretty scary and terrible way to treat customers.
So I think we will regretfully pass on this store.
