I was able to feel a level of attention that was not found anywhere in Japan.
Since children can not stay, there is a quietness of adults and you can relax.

When you get off the plane, there is a dedicated reception for guests before you arrive at the baggage claim. If you tell the name, you will be picked up by a private car to the hotel.
The staff will take the suitcase instead, so you can go to the hotel without waiting.

I arrived at the Long Pavilion, the main facility of the hotel, in about 5 minutes while listening to information on the island.

Check in next to the infinity pool with a glass of welcome champagne.

The rooms were all separated, and when they were guided and entered the room, the suitcase had arrived first.

All amenities are Aesop and all soft drinks in the minibar are free. There was a welcome champagne in the champagne cooler.

The terrace is completely invisible from other rooms and is a completely private space.
Smoking was also possible.

I can speak English, but when I looked at my nationality and told me "If you really need help, there is an interpreter, please contact extension xxx", so I think there is no problem for those who are not good at English.

During your stay, you will receive a list of the next day's activities during housekeeping every evening. Almost all activities on the island can be booked via qualia.

We are very careful about the details such as pick-up, so I think it is better to make a reservation in Qualia than in advance in a harsh service company such as HIS in Japan.

There is a special gate for guests, and it is good that only guests can enter the site. There is an adult atmosphere different from the outside of the site, and above all there is a sense of safety.

On the day before the last day, instructions from check-out to airport transfer will be sent to the room.

Leave the suitcase in the room and check it out in the long pavilion and have it pick you up at the airport. When you open the door of the shuttle at the airport, your suitcase is in front of you.

I will omit the details because it is long, but I think that even Japanese people can receive a satisfying hospitality.
