Communication is terrible, the company owner only cares about making money rather than helping the community. I would warn any homeowner management making a decision to use this company to look the other way. Good luck getting anyone to call you back when you call them. They lie about people not being available, call back with a blocked number and that person you asked for a second ago is now available if you give them a different name and address. They try to avoid doing the work they are getting paid to do.
