Review of Gwinnett Place Honda

I have been having problem with this scrubbing so...

I have been having problem with this scrubbing sound took my car in 4 times. Continue too here the sound call the corporate office spoke with a young lady nane Kim. Took her 7 days 2 call me back.left her another voice mail took her 6 days too call me back. And she had the nerve too tell me I need to buy new tires. I explained to her I only had my car a lil over a year. She told me that dont matter. I still would have to come out of pocket. So then I call the General Manager at Gwinnett Place Honda. Spoke with David Kwon he apologized that I had to tru the same problem over and over again. He told me he was going to speak to the part manager and call me back in 20 mins. He call back in 10 mins.and ask me when I could I bring my car in. Well Mr Kwon put brand new Michelin on my car the problem when away. MR DAVID KWON THANK U SO MUCH. You really care about your customers. Honda should be appricate to have u has A General Manager.Mr Kwon thumbs up too u.
