rip-off service where if something goes wrong with the payment (even without any fault of your own!) they immediately get in contact with another agency (without contacting you first!) in order to get a more legal action and you start paying interest. Ended up paying 80 for not paying 3x8 even though it was a due to a problem with the bank!
