Their prices are great due to selling branded title vehicles. They have to work very hard to instill confidence in their products since there is general concern about buying branded title vehicles. They will tell you how great their customer service is and how much pride they take in it over and over. Their service is above average for a dealership and they don't pressure you at all, but they aren't anything special. They are in it to make a profit, understandably, since they are a business. They will do what they can to make money off of you including the old dealership tricks you always see of tacking on unnecessary things at the point of sale that you have to pay close attention to in order to have them removed. They left our car on empty until we pressured them to give us some gas with our purchase, which still didn't amount to a full tank. They also refused to get us a second key with our car after we payed full asking price without giving them any problems.

In the end they are a good dealership but still a dealership. I wouldn't specifically send someone there but I wouldn't discourage anyone from considering them. I would check them out for my future purchases but have no loyalty to them.
