Good luck getting your deposit back - I had put a deposit on the perfect vehicle and made them aware I would be in as soon as I could, after 7 calls from a rude and annoying sales associate I made it in. He rushed me into the vehicle and sat on his phone texting and talking the whole 4 minute test drive, which he cut short for another client. I spent a lot of time waiting around for him to make me a priority. When I asked about add on's he was annoyed and showed it. Finally, I involved the manager to talk to me about the vehicle since this guy had no time for me. I have to say Brett, the manager, was awesome. And made me feel like he actually wanted me to have a good experience. He sent me home with the vehicle for the weekend to try out. When I returned it Monday it was a whole lot more attitude from the sales associate and text messages that were confrontational. He also, had not gotten me the quotes I had asked for the add on's. In the end, I didn't get the vehicle and am still waiting for my deposit three weeks, and about 20 phone calls, later.
