I have been a BMW Toronto Customer since 2002. Have always had great sales and service experience. Last Friday is great example of why I always go back to BMW Toronto. We were scheduled for a family camping trip leaving Saturday morning. Friday mid-morning, a service light came on. Service told us to bring in the car and after a quick inspection determined that there was a computer issue and they did not feel comfortable with us taking a long ride. Being Friday afternoon at 4pm with no larger loaner cars left, they offered us a new 2016 X5 which they use as their customer shuttle. Can't say enough about Josh, Mark and the entire service team.
