Pools are very nice, clean, and beach is fun. We love taking the boats out. Never too crowded especially week days! My main complaint is how fast everybody drives, its mostly a 25 mph speed limit and almost no one does it. It is a all season home for many with kids, bike riding, dog walking....please slow down. The 4th of July fireworks are awesome.
