By far the worst hotel I've ever stayed at. I could find a monkey at the zoo that could manage this hotel better. They will give keys to whoever they don't take your name if it's a corporate booking. I hate alot of things stolen and the manager could careless. Iam hoping something will come out of contacting corporate because the company I work for will never stay at a Carlson property ever again unless this guy is fired. Hopefully for everyone's sakeep this happens. DO NOT STAY. You will regret it
